Product Manager
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports IDology's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Define the product strategy, roadmap and market analysis
- Deliver Marketing Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
Required experience and knowledge
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 3+ years of experience in a job with API (REST) and Web Site (PHP) product/service development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum education bachelor's degree
- Technical background, with experience in public data
- Excellent teamwork skills

Our solutions are sold in multiple industries including e-Retailing, Financial Services, Alternative Payments, Payment Processors, Telecommunications and Medical.
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Representative to handle the entire sales life cycle for Enterprise-level accounts and possibly manage the sales area. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Integration
and Customer Support Engineer
As the front-line of communications with customers, you provide top-notch customer service. We're looking for someone outgoing and extremely personable, able to build a rapport with customers as you provide user training and solve their issues over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Assume pre and post sales activities by managing relationships directly with customers installing or integrating our services
- Configuring client business objectives to meet technical requirements
- Manage technical integration interaction and provide ongoing support
- Troubleshooting systems and performance issues over the phone and Internet.
- Testing and perfecting new software modifications and new releases
- Analyze software performance and client usage
- Contribute to customer use of software documentation and training materials
- Train and support customers
- Escalate issues to development team and account management teams as needed
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and independent worker who is not shy at tackling tasks they do not immediately understand.
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
- Must have professional phone skills, a proactive mindset and be able to articulate technical problems effectively.
- Must be familiar with Java, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- ASP, PERL, .NET are a plus
- Good working knowledge of the Internet and networks

Inside Sales
Our Inside Account Executives identify, build and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers as they place IDology products and services via the telephone. Strategically planning each and every step of the sales and customer retention lifecycle, an Inside Account Executive leverage exceptional sales skills as part of a winning and results oriented team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with accounts with revenues of $25 million to a billion to build relationships and develop delighted clients.
- Manage a sales growth strategy of approximately million dollar pipeline that will deliver the quotas assigned.
- Maintain a retention rate of 80% to 100% within assigned territory.
- Forecast new business and renewal of existing business on a monthly basis with a +/- 10% accuracy rate.
- Attain all established individual indicators, objectives, quotas and guidelines.
- Produce and maintain an accurate client database.
- Provide the client base with the latest in IDology offerings and product enhancements.
- Continually stay abreast of new product offers, emerging
technologies and market drivers.
- Attend all company sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques or new products to sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years relevant experience preferred, or 4 years business experience
- 2 of which must have been in direct inside sales of an application software or ecommerce sales environment.
- Must be able to thrive in a quota driven environment
- Strong computer proficiency including windows based applications
- Experience with salesforce.com a definite plus
- Understanding and aptitude for the Information Technology and eCommerce Industries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop rapport and conduct effective client presentations via the telephone
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a fast paced team environment

Quality Assurance
As part of the IDology team, you will as part of a tightly integrated development and product team to grow, shape and perfect IDology products. You will be involved in gathering requirements, creating and collaborating on the design and running of test plans and establishing the real-world application to certify IDology products for installation or integration.
- Work with product management and developers on the logic and functional design and specification of features
- Communicate with team members and translate specified requirements into feature requests, bugs or improvements.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams for automated testing solutions
- Develop and execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner for all areas of the product.
- Write easy-to-understand test case steps and expected result descriptions.
- Implement and perform process performance testing and document findings
Critically think about how users experience and interact with the software installed or tested and turn those thoughts into finding bugs, listing action items, and opening avenues of discussion.
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree or minimum of 2 years previous software QA experience. -Genuine enjoyment of software QA work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diplomacy and tact
- Knowledge of XML and HTML.
- Experience with database management
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
- Experience with fogbugz a definite plus.
Jr Java Developer
Responsibilities:
Developer will be a member of a small team focused on developing and deploying commercial Web services. Projects will involve enhancing existing products and developing new products built on the Java/JEE platform. Our applications are developed using Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, Spring, and Hibernate.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience working on Java/JEE applications.
- Experience with XML.
- Experience with a version control system like Subversion, CVS, or Perforce.
Nice to have:
- Experience writing and deploying Web services.
- Experience with PHP.
- Ability to write build scripts with Ant.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience working with an MVC framework like Spring, Struts, Tapestry, or Webwork.
Spring is preferred. - Experience with a persistence framework, preferably Hibernate.
