John Dancu
President & CEO
As President & CEO, John defines IDology’s business strategy and oversees all of its operations. He is a proven entrepreneur who, in the past nine years, has created more than $500M in shareholder value for leading technology and retail companies, both public and privately-held. Under his leadership these companies, including Synchrologic, NetZip and K&G, experienced rapid growth rates resulting in increased revenue and profitability.
Magnus Stjernstrom
CTO
Leading the technology team, Magnus is responsible for producing world-class solutions and attracting the best IT talent to IDology. He has more than a decade of experience managing R&D with Fortune 50 organizations such as Network Associates and Lucent and is the driving force behind the company’s IT infrastructure, security and corporate application development.
Jim Mitchell
VP of Sales
Jim has more than 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience and has led sales organizations for a variety of start up organizations including Mpower Communications, Procuri, and Harbor Payments. These companies raised close to $1 Billion of capital with Jim participating in a variety of transactions for the growth including Venture Capital, Private Equity, and IPO. Prior to his involvement with these companies, Jim held a variety of roles with MCI throughout the 1990s.

Cam Lanier III
A fourth generation family leader, Cam has tremendous investment experience in telecommunications and technology companies. In the early 1980’s he led the formation of Interstate Communications, Inc. which later became Telecom*USA, the nation’s fourth largest long-distance carrier that ultimately sold to MCI. Under the ITC Holding Company, Cam was the initial funding source and largest shareholder of MindSpring Enterprises and continued to build several other successful telecom companies including ITC^DeltaCom, Knology, InterCall, and Powertel (now T-Mobile). In addition, Cam has been a founding investor in a dozen other enterprises ranging from optical stores inside Wal-Marts to menswear retailing, satellite networks, internet-based employment search and most recently the pre-paid card services market.
Don Burton
Don serves as Managing General Partner of South Atlantic Venture Fund I, II and III, Limited Partnerships and Chairman of South Atlantic Private Equity Fund IV, Limited Partnership, all of which are headquartered in Tampa, Florida. These four private investment funds have invested capital in excess of $180 million. Don also manages The Burton Partnership with capital of approximately $300 million which invests in public and private companies. Prior to founding South Atlantic Venture Funds, Don was a General Partner of Fidelity Ventures Limited, Boston, Massachusetts. Currently, Don is on the Board of Directors of Knology, Inc., Symbion, Inc., Capital Southwest Corporation, BlackRock Cluster A Group of Mutual Funds, and several private companies. In addition, Don serves as a Member of the Investment Advisory Council of the Florida State Board of Administration, which manages the State Florida Pension Fund Assets of approximately $150 billion.
