President & CEO
John has served as President and CEO of IDology since 2005. During this time, IDology has grown to be a leading provider of identity verification and fraud prevention solutions in the financial services, merchant processing, payments, retail, healthcare and other markets. Through John’s leadership, IDology is recognized for its leading edge innovation in the identity space and provides its customers, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, with unparalleled service and domain expertise. John is a serial entrepreneur having previously guided Synchrologic (mobile enterprise infrastructure software), NetZip (consumer compression and downloading technology) and K&G Men’s Center (superstore retailer of men’s apparel) in their rapid growth and successful sale, including the public offering of K&G.
Product Management, Support & Marketing
Chris has had extensive background in the data industry prior to joining IDology in 2007. Chris specializes in product management and plans effective go-to-market strategies by working closely with our customers to ensure IDology’s products meet their needs. During her career, Chris has held product management, product marketing, and support management positions giving her well-rounded experience in all aspects of a product’s lifecycle.
Throughout Adam’s tenure with IDology, he has positioned himself as an industry thought leader and expert in identity verification and authentication and fraud prevention. Adam brings more than 20 years of successful global experience in new business development, sales management, web marketing, and operations for data and SaaS offerings. Prior to joining IDology, he held leadership roles at MFG.com and Reed Construction Data where he led revenue and customer growth both in the United States and internationally. Adam started his career as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
Finance & HR
Eva’s analytical ability and entrepreneurial spirit have made her a key contributor in finance departments for various companies including Marketworks, Synchrologic, CarePlus and BDO Seidman. She leverages her high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to efficiently manage the finance, accounting functions and financial reporting of IDology. She is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Florida International University.
Development & Quality Assurance
Leading the technology team, Jim is the driving force behind IDology’s IT infrastructure, security and corporate application development. Jim began his career serving eight years in the United States Air Force where he was a computer programmer. Now he has more than 25 years of experience aligning technical resources with corporate goals to deliver bottom line results. Prior to joining IDology, Jim held leadership positions with LexisNexis and Siemens Energy and Automation. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds an MBA from Auburn University.
Business Development & Partner Programs
Dennis Manages and develops IDology’s key strategic relationships and channel partners. Dennis brings more than 28 years of product, sales and management experience in the financial and the information services industry. Previously, Dennis served as General Manager of FIS’ Financial Crime Management Business Unit. He also served as VP, Product Management for FIS’ Risk, Fraud and Compliance Business Unit. Prior to FIS, Dennis was co-founder of Digital Envoy and EVP of the company’s Financial Services Business unit. Dennis has an MBA from Georgia State and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Cam Lanier III
A fourth generation family leader, Cam has tremendous investment experience in telecommunications and technology companies. In the early 1980’s he led the formation of Interstate Communications, Inc. which later became Telecom*USA, the nation’s fourth largest long-distance carrier that ultimately sold to MCI. Under the ITC Holding Company, Cam was the initial funding source and largest shareholder of MindSpring Enterprises and continued to build several other successful telecom companies including ITC^DeltaCom, Knology, InterCall, and Powertel (now T-Mobile). In addition, Cam has been a founding investor in a dozen other enterprises ranging from optical stores inside Wal-Marts to menswear retailing, satellite networks, internet-based employment search and most recently the pre-paid card services market.
Don serves as Managing General Partner of South Atlantic Venture Fund I, II and III, Limited Partnerships and Chairman of South Atlantic Private Equity Fund IV, Limited Partnership, all of which are headquartered in Tampa, Florida. These four private investment funds have invested capital in excess of $180 million. Don also manages The Burton Partnership with capital of approximately $300 million which invests in public and private companies. Prior to founding South Atlantic Venture Funds, Don was a General Partner of Fidelity Ventures Limited, Boston, Massachusetts. Currently, Don is on the Board of Directors of Knology, Inc., Symbion, Inc., Capital Southwest Corporation, BlackRock Cluster A Group of Mutual Funds, and several private companies. In addition, Don serves as a Member of the Investment Advisory Council of the Florida State Board of Administration, which manages the State Florida Pension Fund Assets of approximately $150 billion.
