New Reports Interface Features New Look, Navigation and Faster Load Times

IDology is one of the few providers to offer a reports interface with real-time results for Enterprise clients to review their transaction history and evaluate performance. Improvements with this release include a new design, better navigation, and enhanced speed and performance.

Customers using IDology’s services can access their reports through the IDCenter, a web-portal which also provides on-demand change management functionality for client administrators. With these enhancements, ExpectID Report users have more control over how their data appears while still being able to create and share customized reports with others in the company. Overall these developments provide clients with an efficient, easy way to monitor their identity verification performance, both online and in call centers.
