IDology, Inc. Releases Version 5.5 of its ExpectID Identity and Age Verification Solutions

New On-Demand Features Allow Complete Customization and Control of Knowledge-based Authentication Process

ATLANTA – July 9, 2007 – IDology Inc., a leading provider of age and identity verification solutions, today announced it has released Version 5.5 of its ExpectID product suite. This release provides clients with complete customization and control over the entire knowledge-based authentication (KBA) process, which uses multiple-choices questions to verify someone is who they claim in customer not present environments like the Internet or a call center.

The ExpectID Version 5.5 release gives clients the ability to modify their identity proofing solution differently for web and portal versions to meet the diverse needs of these separate delivery methods. Among the customization features is using different question wording on the web versus the portal and being able to overwrite question text to present questions in any Latin alphabet language such as Spanish, French, or Italian. And to address the growth of Spanish as a first language in the United States, IDology already translated its questions into Spanish making it easier and quicker for clients to deploy a multi-language solution.

All of the features released in Version 5.5 are managed through the IDCenter, the company’s on demand, real-time change management tool.
