Community, or apply for a job at IDology, Inc. . IDology, Inc. does not knowingly collect, or encourage collection of information from children under the age of 13 and IDology, Inc. does not target its Web Sites to children under 13.
4. How we use your information
IDology, Inc. uses your personal information to provide you with services and to help us better understand your needs and interests. IDology, Inc. will take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us.
Personal data collected online may also be combined with information you provide IDology, Inc. through other sources such as product registration, call centers or public events such as trade shows or seminars.
Personal data given to IDology, Inc. may be transferred across state and country borders for the purposes of data consolidation, storage and simplified customer information management.

Suppliers and service providers are required to keep confidential the information received on behalf of IDology, Inc. and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for IDology, Inc. . These service providers may change or we may contract with additional service providers to better accommodate our customers. IDology, Inc. or its related entities could merge with or be acquired by another business entity or some or all of their respective assets could be acquired. If such a combination or acquisition occurs, IDology, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to notify you in the event we share with the merging or acquiring entity some or all of your personal information to continue serving you.

IDology, Inc. gives you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and services. You can subscribe to receive certain product- and service-specific information and IDology, Inc. -wide marketing communications. IDology, Inc. -wide communications may include new product information, special offers, or an invitation to participate in market research. We give you a choice regarding delivery of IDology, Inc. -wide communications by postal mail, email and telephone. You can make or change your choices at the data collection point. Non-subscription services
IDology, Inc. will not use your personal information for a different purpose than the one stated when you provided your data. Examples of unrelated uses include sending communications about special offers, product information, and marketing messages.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY TIPS
Protect your information: Never give your Social Security number or personal credit information over the phone unless you initiate the call. Keep your personal identification number (PIN) and password in a safe place. Try to memorize your PIN and password and do not write them down with your account information.
Destroy or securely store your account records: Tear or shred receipts, bank statements, and unused credit card offers. Keep billing statements and other account-related documents in a safe place.
Regularly review your credit report: Order a copy of your credit report at least once per year and report any mistakes to the credit bureau agency and the creditor reporting the information. Keeping your credit report error free is important. Sometimes, there is a small fee for ordering your credit reports, but if you've been denied credit within the last 60 days, the credit report is free.

Check your billing statements: Review your statements thoroughly. Call all your creditors immediately if you notice incorrect transactions.

If you think you have been a victim of identify theft, contact your local government agency for additional information regarding your rights.
8. Your information and third-party companies
Certain IDology, Inc. services are linked with those from unrelated third-party companies, some which offer you the option to share with both IDology, Inc. and the third party personal data you provide. Examples include the ability to request communications from IDology, Inc. marketing or solution partners, or to enable order completion through a reseller. We will not share your personal information with those third-party companies unless you make that choice.
9. Access to and accuracy of your information
IDology, Inc. strives to keep your personal information accurate. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to maintain customer data accuracy. 10. Keeping your information secure
IDology, Inc. is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, IDology, Inc. has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.

If there are updates to the terms of IDology, Inc. 's Online Privacy Statement, we will post those changes and update the revision date in this document, so you will always know what information we collect online, how we use it, and what choices you have. For material changes to this Statement, IDology, Inc. will provide notification to affected customers.
