ExpectID Customer-Based Authentication (CBA) is a dynamic, knowledge-based authentication (KBA) solution that uses multiple-choice questions to verify identity. How ExpectID Customer-Based Authentication Works:

  1. ExpectID CBA derives account-based questions dynamically to authenticate an identity.
  2. Based on the number of questions answered correctly, businesses can deny or approve the transaction, or ask additional challenge questions with ExpectID IQ Challenge.
