New Features Provide More Control Options for Clients to Manage Risk

This release enhances IDology’s on-demand identity verification solution by giving clients more control options to customize the decision process and better manage risk.

IDology’s ExpectID product suite validates the identity and age of individuals without requiring personal information such as a social security number or driver’s license. Using these solutions, businesses are provided with more than simple pass/fail rates and are informed about what discrepancies are present in the components of an ID. Version 6.0 of ExpectID offers several new ways to monitor transactions and helps businesses determine the level of risk involved. Improvements to the Summary Results feature, which functions as a control panel to the identity verification process, allows businesses to customize several conditions to monitor and also determine how those transactions should be handled such as moving to a higher level of verification by asking a series of multiple choice questions. Other new features include adding additional ID Notes, which are automated alerts for identity discrepancies that indicate possible fraud, new questions designed to identify real customers from fraud, and functionality to improve the consumer experience when answering questions in a session.
