This release enhances the sophisticated analytics within IDology’s on-demand identity verification solution and gives clients more robust features to design their own id proofing solution to improve their customer’s experience while also preventing fraud.
The enhancements to the analytical tools IDology provides its clients include the ability for clients to further customize the knowledge-based authentication (KBA) process using IDology’s Decision Manager tool, including more features related to modifying individual question sessions and enabling new questions. The velocity features in IDology’s Decision Monitor tool, have been greatly expanded to allow Enterprises to establish multiple types of conditions to monitor. Other enhancements included an advanced phone verification solution which helps clients spot suspicious phone numbers and line types and provides more insight into possible fraud. All of the new features are especially useful for financial institutions and creditors needing to comply with Red Flag regulations as well as fraud departments in e-retail companies.
